Since CONVERTPort is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we have a no refund policy on services rendered once the bulk of the work is begun. As is standard in the services industry. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any services at our site.
The reason is simple: unlike a physical product that can be handed back for a refund if the client is not satisfied, there is no way to replace/refund the labor hours and intangible inputs back to the service provider upon refund. Our ‘product’ is professional labor, services, software and IP.
